A Credit Card is required to make an appointment . All of your information is encrypted, PCI compliant, and kept strictly confidential.

All New Patients must complete our online Health Intake form to avoid congestion in the clinic and to maximize your treatment time. The intake form can be found in your inbox upon completing your booking. Please fill out the form as soon as possible or within 24 hours of booking the appointment.

**BOOKING WITH TIA: Tia’s treatments are holistic and whole body. **Tia will perform an interview, assessment and create a treatment plan with informed consent based on your main concerns before treatment starts. Tia often works full body./whole body to restore function, relaxation and renewal.

We offer direct billing to most insurers. Many insurers allow RMTs to direct bill, but however some insurers require patients to pay privately and submit receipts to their insurer directly. Some insurers may also require a doctor’s referral. We ask patients to make sure they understand their insurance requirements.

“CANADA LIFE, SUNLIFE, DEJARDINS, PACIFIC BLUE CROSS, GREEN SHIELD and many more”. CROSSTOWN RMT’s CAN SUCCESSFULLY DIRECT BILL to these companies.” Some insurers such as MANUAL LIFE require patients to pay up front as Direct Billing is not allowed.

All RMTs at Crosstown Massage Therapy are opted out of ICBC/WCB, which means we ask patients to pay privately and ask patients to submit these receipts to their adjustor. Thank you.

Tia Ramos RMT, MEd

Tia graduated from the 3-year West Coast College of Massage Therapy program in 1999. She has over 25+ years of experience working in pain mangagement and rehabilitative orthopaedic injuries. Tia’s RMT practice welcomes all patients to her clinic. Tia’s treatments includes multiple massage modalities tailored to your tissue needs so patients can return back to work or activity and be pain-free. Treatments with Tia include an assessment/interview with informed consent, hands-on therapy and homecare. Treatments are holistic and whole body in nature which supports long-term relief of symptoms. Tia has also completed the Provincial Instructor Diploma Program in 2015 (VCC) and Master of Education in 2024 (SFU).
